Student's Grievance Redressal Cell :

 Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC)

The college has established a Grievance Redressal Committee, as per University Guidlines to address concerns and complaints raised by students, parents, and other stakeholders. Anyone facing an issue can share their grievance easily by filling out the online form (Click here to see the form) provided on the website. Alternatively, complaints can also be submitted directly to the Committee Chairperson through a written application or via email at (drsandip2023@gmail.com). We assure all applicants that every complaint will be handled with care, confidentiality, and sensitivity.

Objectives of the Committee :

The Grievance Redressal Committee works with the following goals:

* To provide students with a simple and quick platform to express and resolve their concerns.
* To maintain a respectful and healthy environment by encouraging positive relationships among students and teachers.
* To ensure that both the complainant and the respondent are treated fairly, without any discrimination or bias.
* To offer a transparent, impartial, and consistent process for resolving grievances raised by all stakeholders.

Grievance Redressal Policy:

The institution is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and transparent environment for all students, staff, and stakeholders. The Grievance Redressal Policy is designed to ensure that any concern or complaint is addressed fairly, promptly, and effectively.

Purpose:

The purpose of this policy is to provide a structured mechanism for resolving grievances and to ensure that all individuals feel heard, respected, and protected throughout the process.

Scope:

This policy applies to all students, parents, faculty members, and other stakeholders of the institution. It covers grievances related to academic matters, administrative issues, facilities, behavior, and any other concerns affecting the well-being of individuals.

How to Submit a Grievance:

Grievances can be submitted through the online form available on the website.
Complaints may also be sent via email or submitted in writing to the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC).
The complainant should provide complete details to help in proper investigation and resolution.

Redressal Process:

All grievances received will be acknowledged within a reasonable time.
The Grievance Redressal Committee will review and investigate the complaint.
Both the complainant and the concerned parties will be given an opportunity to present their views.
The Committee will take appropriate action based on facts and findings.
The decision will be communicated to the complainant within a stipulated timeframe.

Fairness: Every grievance will be treated in an unbiased and impartial manner.
