The Maharshi Vitthal Ramaji Shinde Library, established in 1961, serves as the knowledge hub of the college. Spread across 6535 sq. ft., the library's new building was inaugurated on 25th February,1991. Housing an impressive collection of 83,403 books, 900 periodical back volumes, and subscriptions to 13 journals, 34 magazines, and 14 newspapers, the library also offers access to 1,99,500 e-books 6,000 e-journals through its INFLIBNET N-List membership and 6,00,000 e-books through NDL. The library is well-equipped with modern technology, including CCTV surveillance, reprography facilities, computers, barcode scanners, and a collection of audio-video cassettes and CDs on emerging subjects.
Students benefit from facilities like a book bank, scholar borrow cards, a spacious reading room, free Wi-Fi, and access to resources through OPAC. Fully computerized with a barcode system, the library provides open access and supports research, learning, and overall academic excellence. Open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the library welcomes all users to utilize its resources for their bright future.
