  1. ABOUT DEPARTMENT

 

 The Department of Political science established in 1975. The department has sufficient infrastructure with Wi-Fi connectivity and departmental Library. The Department is equipped with multimedia software and LAN Systems with Internet connection. There are 2 faculty members actively engaged in the teaching and extension activities. Teachers are constantly devising interesting methods such as expert lectures, seminars, workshops, value added, and Add On and certificate courses.

  • Explaining the scope and subject matter of International relations as an autonomous academic discipline.
  • Examining the issues of underdevelopment, terrorism, regionalism, diplomacy and foreign policy.
  • Examine the varieties of political ideologies, thoughts of Indian and Western Political thinkers.
  • Explaining the nature, scope, evolution of public administration, decision making, development administration, good governance, local self-government and financial administration.
