Welcome to Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College, Islampur, an institution of academic excellence and achievement. It has moulded the destiny of students for a bright future. Our dynamic leader and educationist Prof. Dr. N.D.Patil and his colleagues started this college in 1961. These founders were inspired by social reformers and thinkers like Mahatma Phule, Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj, Maharshi Vitthal Ramaji Shinde, Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil and Dr. B.R.Ambedkar. They wanted to uplift the rural masses with the help of the college. This College is a novel experiment in rural education. It strives constantly for the betterment of the downtrodden people.
Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College, Urun-Islampur was established in 1961 to provide higher education to rural society. It is located in a seven acres area with well-equipped infrastructure.
